We digitalize businesses.

Syntix is an independent Swiss digital agency building custom websites, applications, and internal tools — engineered from the ground up for businesses that want to outgrow templates.

Started from a simple frustration.

Too many small businesses pay good money for websites built on Wordpress templates or page builders, then watch those sites become brittle, slow, and unmaintainable within a year. Plugins break. Themes go unmaintained. Performance degrades. The business owner has no idea who to call.

We started Syntix in April 2026 to build the opposite — websites and applications written in real code, by engineers, with the same craft you'd apply to internal software at a tech company. No templates. No theme purchases. No page builders held together with plugins. Just clear, well-architected code that runs fast, stays maintainable, and can be handed off to any developer five years from now.

Swiss precision applied to the web.

Three things, repeated daily.

01

Code is craft, not assembly.

Every interface we ship is designed and built from scratch — UI components, layouts, animations, the entire visual system. We don't fork dev-tool aesthetics or buy pre-made designs. The reference is Swiss editorial typography and minimalist precision, but the work itself is ours.

02

Engineering quality compounds.

A site built right in week one is faster, cheaper, and more secure to maintain in year three. A templated site looks like a saving at launch and a liability at every redesign.

03

Launch is the beginning, not the end.

Half of agency horror stories are about agencies that delivered, invoiced, and vanished. We exist to be the team you keep around — handling updates, fixing edge cases, and improving the site as your business evolves.

It saves everyone time to be explicit.

  • No Wordpress, no Elementor, no page builders. Every project ships as a real codebase you can read, deploy, and own.
  • No theme purchases. Each design system is built per project. The visual language is yours, not someone else's.
  • No fire-and-forget delivery. Every project includes a post-launch path, whether monthly management, retainer, or scoped handoff to your own team.
  • No nested agency hierarchies. No account managers between you and the engineer. Direct communication, small team, fast decisions.
  • No vendor lock-in. You own the code, hosting credentials, domains, and deploy pipeline. Walking away is always an option — though most clients stay because the work is good.

Four phases. Same shape every time.

The depth of each phase varies; the order doesn't.

  1. 01

    Discovery

    Free · 30 minutes

A short call to learn about your business, the actual problem you're solving, your timeline, budget, and constraints. We don't pitch decks. We ask questions, listen, and at the end of the call tell you honestly whether what you need is something we should build, something you can buy off the shelf, or something where we'd refer you elsewhere.

  2. 02

    Scope + quote

    Written · binding

If we're a fit, you receive a written proposal that lists deliverables, milestones, fees, and timelines. Nothing is hidden in hourly rates or 'to be determined' language. You see the full picture before you commit.

  3. 03

    Build

    Visible weekly

Once payment is in, work starts. You get a private staging URL from day one and visible progress every week. Design decisions are reviewed with you before implementation. Course-correction is cheap when it happens early — we'd rather rebuild a section in week two than rebuild the project in week six.

  4. 04

    Launch + handoff

    Yours to keep

When the site is ready and accepted, we deploy, document, and either hand off to your team or roll you into Monthly Management. Either way, the codebase, hosting credentials, and admin access are transferred to you. You own everything we made.

Industry-agnostic by design.

The shared thread isn't what a client does — it's that they care about how their digital presence is built.

SMBs across Europe

10 to 50 employees, established enough to need a real online presence and lean enough to value direct communication.

Local service businesses

Lawyers, doctors, consultants, trade professionals who need booking flows, contact pipelines, and a credible brand surface.

Hospitality

Hotels, restaurants, and small chains with multilingual booking and reservation needs.

Tech companies and startups

Internal dashboards, custom CRMs, deploy tooling, and B2B SaaS marketing sites.

E-commerce

Custom shops where Shopify's limits start to hurt, or where the product is unusual enough to require bespoke flows.

Three core service lines.

01

Website Development

Strategy, design, and engineering for marketing sites, landing pages, multi-page sites, and content-driven platforms. Every site is responsive, accessible, and built around your conversion goals.

02

Custom Web Applications

Internal tools, customer portals, CRMs, dashboards, and bespoke B2B SaaS. Built with the same stack we use for our own internal systems.

03

Monthly Website Management

Updates, security patching, content edits, uptime monitoring, performance work, and incremental improvements. Designed for clients who want to ship a site once and then have it stay sharp without thinking about it.

Add-ons include managed hosting, SEO work, deploy access, integrations with Stripe / Resend / third-party APIs, and ongoing analytics.

A small, deliberate stack.

Stable, popular, future-proof. None of it is a fashion choice.

Next.js + React

The most mature React ecosystem. Finding a competent React developer is trivial — we don't lock you into niche frameworks.

TypeScript

Every line typed. Bugs that would show up in production show up in the editor instead. Maintenance savings compound.

PostgreSQL + Prisma

Battle-tested relational database with a modern, type-safe query layer. Powers some of the largest products on the internet.

Stripe

Payment processing for all paid flows. Stripe handles compliance and fraud; we integrate.

Cloudflare

DNS, CDN, edge caching, and security layer. Everything you visit goes through Cloudflare first.

Resend

Transactional email with proper authentication so confirmations reach the inbox, not spam.

The default model is wrong.

Most agencies build a site, deliver it, send the invoice, and move on. We do the opposite — projects ship into Monthly Management whenever it makes sense, because most sites need ongoing care to stay valuable.

  • We monitor uptime and respond to incidents.
  • We apply security updates and dependency upgrades.
  • We make content changes you request, usually within 24–48 hours.
  • We track Core Web Vitals and improve performance as Google's bar rises.
  • We surface ideas — 'this page converts poorly, here's what to try' — without waiting for you to ask.

It's the difference between a one-off contractor and a team that quietly keeps your digital infrastructure working.
